I think, sure, the executive order where they said this is included as a link at the top, but do you think most people are really going to click a link buried in a paragraph and then read that too think this was a major, major oversight. This should have been included in the FAQ, and I have no idea why they didn’t copy that exact paragraph into the updated version.
